Digital Surface Design Certificate

School: Lasell University

Mode: Online / Asynchronous/ Weekly Due Dates

Commitment: 14 weeks

Who it’s for:  This class is perfect for professionals in the design or fashion industries who want to learn more about surface pattern design to apply to their current role or to help them transition into a surface design position.  It also is a perfect fit for current or recent fashion design or marketing students looking to specialize or add skills to make them more valuable during their job search.

Notes from the instructor:  This course is packed with information I wish I knew going into surface design straight out of design school.  These days anyone can learn how to make patterns, but it’s the industry specific information I share in this certificate course that will make you valuable to an employer in the apparel, home decor and similar industries as an in-house surface designer, CAD artist or colorist.
